On Saturday 17th September we are cycling the Last of the Summer Rides into the Kent countryside with 130km and 65km routes, starting at the Herne Hill Velodrome.
The ride is open to all Friends and their friends. It is fully self supported and not a sportive. There is no entry fee, but a donation to FHHV is always appreciated!
Starting at 11:00am for the 130 km ride and 2pm for the 65 km ride. Make up your own group to ride in, please try and keep to no more than 6 in a group.
It's not a race, so take your time to enjoy the quiet lanes of Kent, chat with your fellow riders, breathe in the fresh air, soak in the views, mingle with the farm animals, look at a historic church, stop for cake and tea... multiple times...
After the rides we will be celebrating with drinking, eating and then watching the Women’s Track League from 7pm.
Don't forget to wear your favourite FHHV kit.
